I live in the Philadelphia area and this has solved all my Lo-VHF problems. Channel 6 is crystal clear, which is notoriously had to get. The TV furthest away(including 2 splitters) is getting the hardest to receive channels as well. But most importantly, I can turn on MeTV on Saturday nights just so Svengoolie is getting some rating,
It brings in the channels from my previous antenna. When I have it on a 4ft tripod in the garage it brings in channels 66.1 through .4 in Erie,PA very clear. When I put it 15ft high in the garage the channels do not come in. Cannot mount outside as wind is too strong. Any suggestions?
I have used the ya7000 since September 2023, it is a good antenna, two days ago I installed the ya7000c now I can see the channels that transmit in vhf low very clear. I recommend both antennas depending on your need.
Works great wish I had bought one years ago
I ordered this model to replace a very old UHF attic antenna. This was primarily a back-up if cable went out. Since I cancelled my cable I needed an antenna with VHF Hi band for my local ABC and WPIX stations. They often pixilate as signal strength was under 50%. with the old UHF antenna. With the YA7000C I'm getting around 90% on these VHF channels and 100% on the UHF channels. Also total number of channels is 82 so I added about 20 additional. Customer Service is excellent. 1st antenna was missing VHF extension pieces.. Called them on a Saturday and customer had a replacement on the way immediately. Nice dealing with a good US company.
Mounted in the attic about 60 miles from downtown Chicago. All broadcast channels, clear, solid signal.
Works as advertised. Indoor antennas would not work, but this works well for low VHF channels.
Excellent reception and easy to install!
