Would have been nice to know this was was not a DVR, has WiFi capability and a few of the other options. As a first time Dish user and not familiar with your product. Your sales associate could have been more suggestive or explained the product better.

We chose Dish over DirecTV because of subscription requirements. We also got the Winegard Carryout G3. Very simple setup and no matter where you are, the system finds the satellite and you have all the TV you want in about 5 minutes.
