BURLINGTON, Iowa – (Dec. 2, 2013) – Winegard, the pioneer in television antenna design and development, is displaying two new satellite TV antennas developed exclusively for DISH® programming at RVIA 2013, booth #27, Dec. 3-5, at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville.
On display will be the Pathway™ X1 and the Pathway X2 portable satellite TV antennas, both just introduced to the consumer market. The units work with existing DISH subscriptions, as well as the convenient and popular pay-as-you-go service.
The Pathway X2 represents the next generation of automatic portable satellite antennas that delivers the true HDTV experience during outdoor activities such as RVing, camping and tailgating.
Key benefits to the Pathway X2 antenna include:
Similar to the, Pathway X2, the Pathway X1 is the most compact and smallest satellite TV antenna of its type on the market. Requiring 40% less space than Winegard’s popular Carryout GM-1518, the X1 is ultra lightweight and ideal for the "on the go" lifestyle.
Key benefits to the Pathway X1 antenna include:
Both Pathway antennas are for stationary use only, meaning you cannot use them to watch live television while traveling down the road. Both Pathway antennas are compatible with DISH Solo HD receivers (411, ViP 211, ViP 211k, and ViP 211z) with Pay-as-you-go programming available in SD/HD packages. Users simply enter the state in which they are located and the antenna will automatically tune in and toggle between the appropriate satellites. Consumers can choose between purchasing the antenna alone or the antenna with receiver bundle for both the X1 and X2. Winegard offers an industry best warranty of 2 years parts, 1 year labor.
Pathway antennas are available and shipping. For more information about the Winegard Pathway X1 and Pathway X2 automatic portable satellite TV antennas, visit www.winegard.com/pathway.
