The ultra-compact next generation RoadTrip® Mission™ offers small roof footprint for RVs with height restrictions

BURLINGTON, Iowa – (July 28, 2011) – Winegard Company,  a leader in the design and manufacture of TV reception products for the RV market, today announced the introduction of its next generation compact antenna, the RoadTrip® Mission™ Mobile Satellite TV Antenna.  At only 12.9” high x 20” in diameter, the low-profile RoadTrip Mission offers increased ease of use when compared to its predecessor while occupying 35% less roof space. 

In time for the summer RV season, this high-tech antenna makes watching TV in a RV easier than ever.  The RoadTrip Mission draws upon every bit of  Winegard’s fifty-plus years of antenna design know-how to provide a clear, crisp picture— even in inclement weather. 

The satellite RV antenna is simple to use with single-button operation, new adjustable feet for easier mounting and removal and a new plug-and-play cable system for fast setup and installation. For multiple TV RVs, the RoadTrip Mission supports up to two receivers, allowing simultaneous viewing of different programs located on the same satellite.  In addition, the Mission works with your existing HD and SD programming from DISH Network®, SD from DIRECTV® or SD and HD from Bell TV™ programming.

RoadTrip antennas automatically switch between satellites as channels are changed and in-motion systems allow watching satellite programming while moving.

Mission antennas are available in both stationary, $1199 MSRP, and in-motion. $1499 MSRP, models.    RV owners can choose between white or black domes. All models come standard with a panel mount for easy cable connections, a wall switch and power and coax cables.
