DirecTV SWM LNB

After struggling to diagnose our video I purchased this Winegard DirecTV SWM LNB as a replacement for my original unit, and overall it works exactly as expected. Installation was straightforward and signal performance has been solid since installing it. One thing worth noting, though, is that this LNB is slightly larger than the original factory LNB. Because of the increased size, the existing LNB guard/cover does not slide back into its original position once the new LNB is installed. It still functions fine, but the guard fit is not the same as before. If you’re replacing an older or failed LNB, this is a good working replacement—just be aware of the size difference if your setup uses an LNB guard or protective cover.
