Never received the power cord, what gives can't hook up without it

Didn't receive a power cord with special power adaptor, main item you need, so at this time I won't review until we get it hooked up

Purchase even after reading some reviews. Being Tech Savvy really helped doing install and knowing to update software before actually using. Ran dedicated 12v power supply from electrical panel to switch. Got Sim card from ATT along with Data plan. Did setup and update and everything couldn't be better. Very happy with purchase.

No Power Cord

How can something be called DIY when it doesn't ship with a power cord? How do you charge this much and not supply a power cord?

I have spent months in frustration trying to navigate a very slow APP and impossible process to get this to work. I have had multiple conversations with Support to no avail. I have downloaded Logs to be told the SIM card is not recognized. Per Verizon the SIM card is fine. I even paid for a Winegard SIM card and after installing I get the same message. I have spoken with a family member and an RV repair facility and they all agree this product is antiquated and useless after spending weeks using it, if it actually ever gets activated and reads a SIM card

Hard to setup

This is the worst thing I have ever brought I had it a little over a month and still can’t not connect to or get it setup I guess that was 350 dollars wasted

Winegard Gateway 4G

We are new to Winegard but recently purchased a new trailer with the 5G antenna and installed the 4G router. Installation was easy and it works great. Much less expensive than the 5G router and plenty of speed for our use.
