This product has a beautiful presentation and it looks well made. The hardware is A+. On the other hand trying to call the company in order to set up the 4G it was a painful experience. Almost an hours on phone. The website does not help. I don’t appreciate the fact that I can’t set up and chose my plans on line
The unit was not wrapped at all. It was filthy. Anti static bag should be used. Installation instructions could be better.
Once I got it installed which was easy to install just follow the directions wam bam and done
