Your RV is equipped with a Winegard Gateway 4G router, providing internet connectivity. However, your installed Air 360+ 5G HDTV antenna is compatible with a Gateway 5G router.

Benefits of a Gateway 5G router

Lower latency provides the best gaming and video conferencing experience with less buffering. 5G networks have lower latency than 4G LTE, with the round-trip transmission of data taking less than five milliseconds.
5G networks are designed to allow greater optimization of network traffic and smooth handling of usage spikes. Increased speed and network capacity on 5G networks will create the potential for larger amounts of data to be transmitted.
More devices working more efficiently with a greater backhaul. By using advanced antenna beam steering, you'll get greater connectivity when on the move.
Configurable Ethernet for LAN/WAN connection to be used with Starlink or other satellite internet provider. Provides an alternate backhaul if in truly remote areas where cell service is weak or non-existent.

Email promo@winegard.com and provide the following details:

  • First & Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Previous 4G (GW-1000) Serial Number
  • Current 5G (GW-5G01) Serial Number
  • 5G SIM Card Number (provided in Gateway 5G)

Once received, 2 Months of T-Mobile Truly Unlimited Data Plan ($198 Value) from Winegard will be added to the SIM Card Number provided and a confirmation email will be sent (typically around 1-2 business days from received email).
