  The product arrive with a bottom screw not installed. It was loose in the box. I had a hex driver, so it was no big deal to reinstall it. The build quality on the Elite 360 is a little sus and I'm definitely concerned about longevity. Also, the installation instructions are not very good, but I'd already watched a youtube video covering the installation best practices and that helped a lot. Functionally the Elite 360 is great. I'm picking up channels with a strong signal. Hopefully the product will last longer than the warranty.
