X1 cable wrap
I cannot review this product. I ordered this item but was sent the wrong item. I can review the service i received from customer service when I contacted them about the order. They verified that i did in fact receive the wrong item. I was asked to send a picture of the item I received which I did. I asked them about returning the item without me having to pay for the return shipping since they sent me the wrong item. That is why they asked me to send a picture of the item. they wanted to verify that i was sent the wrong item. Then they would send me a return authorization. Image my surprise when I received my return authorization and said i would have to pay to return the item. This is the worst service I have received from Winegard and unless I have no choice in the matter i will never buy anything else from them. I wanted to purchase this item because the original item I purchased from them was not exactly what i needed but i made it work although it was nearly $20 more than this item. I didn't want to send it back because they wanted me to pay for the return shipping on it also. This is bad customer service all the way around.
