The Slimline Replacement Reflector I received from the Company's Website didn't align with my original equipment Slimline Reflector bolt pattern, NOR that of the picture displayed in the order screen found on their Website. Then, when I explained the problem with the Customer service rep, she told me that there had been a design change and an additional item would need to be purchased at a cost of $365.65 for a Replacement Arm to allow me to use the newly designed/altered Slimline Replacement Reflector. She offered a refund after I returned the Slimline Replacement Reflector and provided a RETURN LABEL and that I would be responsible for the return shipping charges. This is after I already had paid $141.61 including $52.83 for the shipping of the Slimeline Replacement Reflector that should have never been shipped without warning or explanation on it's use. Now they want me to pay for the return shipping charges to cover their error. I requested a PRE-PAID RETURN ADDRESS LABEL so I could return the unusable Slimline Replacement Reflector for the promised refund. I have not received a reply from Customer Service yet.
