The MAC address of your ConnecT or Gateway router can be found in a few different ways. For Gateway routers, the MAC Address can be found on a label by removing the Gateway from the ceiling. Additionally, for either router, the MAC Address can be found in the RV Halo App or Control Panel. Refer to your product documentation for steps to retrieve your MAC Address.
