App Impossible to use
I am a professional computer tech and hold several industry certs. The RV Halo app is the WORST set up app I have ever used. It took me over an hour to simply get to the point where I could purchase a data package. Winegard you really can do better.

Needed some help activating the card/plan but great customer service and great cell service.

Winegard Osprey Router
Great concept but terrible execution. I bought the unit then separately had to order sim card. I spent hours trying to get the system to work including multiple calls to Winegard technical assistance. The tech finally said she had gone through all the troubleshooting she could and it still did not work. The system is way too difficult to set up and operate. I returned it and bought a simple mobile hot spot. Just turn on and log in and your connected.
