      I am happy with the customer service I received when calling Winegard customer support. Everyone has been real knowledgeable about the parts and how they work together. They sent me a link by email that had the parts I needed and a video link talking me through the changing parts process. This made the task less stressful and easier to complete.

      this is the second reflector I have had to purchase in 8 years. Both prior units suffered from metal fatigue and blew off while traveling at highway speed.
