One of the newest members of the Winegard family, Daphne Rothlisberger is a lead-from-the-front manager with decades of experience as a marketer, strategist, account director, and change-maker. At agencies such as Leo Burnett Worldwide and Ogilvy & Mather, Daphne ran successful campaigns for some of America’s biggest brands, including Coca-Cola, Intel, United Airlines, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Target, Walmart, American Express, and Ryder Trucks. She’s also been a successful entrepreneur in her own right, building up several thriving startups, most recently, SEIA Tickets, an online hub for event ticketing needs in Burlington, Iowa, and the surrounding area.
Since joining Winegard in 2020, Daphne has played a pivotal role as V.P. of Marketing in transforming the company from a manufacturing-first business into a thriving connectivity solutions partner with strong brand affinity. Her goal at Winegard is to create a whole ecosystem of life-enhancing products and services—the kind of things that people simply love and keep coming back for.
"Always do your best and hope to make mistakes so you can learn from them and do better next time. Being okay with constant change is key. It’s part of life, like breathing."
